I even have a friend that takes his Ford when he goes to the grocery store. That store is only 10 minutes away. Those 10 minutes can make the difference.

If you have such equipment at home, use it! You can do that while performing other daily activities. I have a treadmill. Instead of just watching my favorite TV show, I do that and also walk a mile. That extra bit of exercise can be really important when you need to burn just a little more than you are able to.
