d) Repeat this asana for 10 times and increase it to 30 times.
Ushtrasana steps include:
a) Stand on your knees ( opposite of Naukasana)
b) Place your hands on the knees
c) Place the head upwards and push the belly inwards
d) Hold the posture for 30 seconds and relax
Bridging steps include:
a) Lie on the floor and put your hands side.
b) Contract your abdominals, lower back and lift the body in such a ways in forms a bridge. The bridge will be formed from the knees to the hips and end to the shoulders.
c) Hold this position for 30 seconds and relax slowly.
Yoga experts say that repetitions of exercise tone the muscles at that particular part of the body. Bridging exercises are not preferred for the people who suffer from lower back problems as it puts more pressure on the back.
